Avash Byanjankar (Beppu, Japan)

Avash Byanjankar is a Newari poet from Patan, Nepal based in Beppu, Japan. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Asia Pacific Studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and completing my debut poetry collection. His academic work has appeared in the Journal of Academic Ethics. His days revolve around tending to his succulent and arguing with the locals whether Takasakiyama is a mountain or a hill.
